Have you got the most Instagrammable Pet?

I am sure we all think our pets are the cutest…but Ripe Insurance have decided to hold a competition to find out who has the most instagrammable pets in the country….and they have kindly asked me to be the Judge (a very tough job!).

To take part in the competition, you need to share a picture of your pet on Instagram that shows off their winning looks, attitude and personality.

You could win some amazing prizes!

The competition has £550 worth of Amazon vouchers up for grabs, and I will be picking the winner and two runners up.

The lucky winner will receive a £350 Amazon voucher, while the first runner-up will receive a £150 Amazon voucher and third place a £50 Amazon voucher to spend on your pet or yourself!

Whether you’re a hobbyist photographer, a keen amateur, or just love taking a quick snap on your phone, you can enter with a picture of your pet.

What do I need to do?

All you need to do to be in with a chance of winning these amazing prizes, is to upload your ‘Insta worthy’ pictures exclusively via Instagram.

What kind of pet picture are you looking for?….surely they are all cute!

Both Ripe Photography and I want to see your pet shine in all their glory — showing us a smile or being full on candid, we want to see your pets winning personality.

I’m not looking at techincal ability, or the quality of the image…I don’t want to see pets forced to dress up or do things that look unnatural!

I want to see happy animals in their own environment, doing things they naturally love to do.

When is the deadline to win this amazing competition?

The competition will run from Tuesday 22^nd February 2022, to follow #nationalloveyourpetday.

The ‘Most Instagrammable Pet’ competition will close for entries on Monday 14^th March 2022.

How do I  enter?

Simply:

* Share your most Instagrammable photograph of your pet as an Instagram grid post

* Tag the Ripe Instagram page: @ripe_photography_

* Include the hashtag #MyRipePet

* Tell us in the caption what you love most about your pet

When will I find out if I’ve won?

Full Terms & Conditions (boring but essential!)

• Please note, the competition will only accept submissions from the United Kingdom.
• Prize – 1^st place one £350 Amazon voucher. 2^nd place one £150 Amazon voucher. 3^rd place one £50 Amazon voucher.
• Entries to the competition will be accepted from 22^nd February 2022 until midnight on 14^th March 2022.
• The entrant must own the pet they are entering into the competition.
• The Most Instagrammable Pet competition is open to anyone who is a UK resident and has completed a valid entry.
• The entrant must be aged 18 or over.
• To win, entrants must share an Instagram grid post of their pet, tag the Ripe Photography Instagram page @ripe_photography_, include the hashtag #MyRipePet and write what they love most about their pet in the caption.
• Only one entry is allowed per individual.
• The prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable.
• 5 finalists will be sent over to our Judge, Katrina Wilson, to make the decision on the winner within 14 working days after the closing date of the competition. The Judge’s decision is final. The 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd place winners will then be contacted via direct message on Instagram within 2-4 working weeks (end date 10^th April 2022) after the judge has selected a winner.
• The Amazon vouchers (1^st place £350, 2^nd place £150, or 3^rd place £50) will be sent via email of which we will ask the winners to provide once chosen. Failure to respond within three working days of being notified of the prize will see the winner forfeit the prize and it being offered to another valid competition entrant.
• All entries are welcome and will be considered equally.
• The winner will be selected based on the following criteria:
  • Originality of the picture
  • Cuteness of the pet
  • Pet personality
  • Heart-warming caption
• Ripe Photography may use information relating to the prize draw for marketing or promotional purposes, including the use of the winner’s name and likeness if you have chosen to receive news and offers from the Ripe group. Personal information of entrants will always be used in accordance with the Ripe Privacy Policy, currently located at: https://www.ripeinsurance.co.uk/privacy-policy/.
• The prize draw is not open to any Ripe employees or their relatives. Any contractors engaged with Ripe are also excluded from participating.
• Ripe may terminate these terms and conditions if you do not comply with the rules as stated in this document.
• Ripe reserves the right to withdraw the prize before any winner is notified, or thereafter if any circumstances beyond reasonable control prevent or restrict Ripe or any other person or party from providing the prize or any aspect of the prize.
• The competition is free to enter.
