Puppies!

Say Hello to this adorable litter of 6 and a half week old Staffordshire Bull Terrier Puppies. I was thrilled to be asked to be asked to photograph this delightful little bundle along with their super proud Mum, Jersey.

Along with their Human mum and an excellent assistant puppy handler, it surprisingly didn’t take too long to set this shot up – the puppies were extremely obliging!

After nailing the first image of all the puppies together – while they didn’t really know what to expect, we then took individual photos of each pup whilst they were still awake, but quite relaxed….

When I say relaxed, I mean relaxed! …..these puppies have been bred by a very experienced breeder and as part of their puppy training, they have been exposed to all types of noises and experiences to ensure they grow into confident, happy little dogs.

Their beautiful Mum Jersey is a successful agility dog, who also performs tricks at various shows throughout the country and is perfectly used to showing off to crowds. Here she is proudly showing off one of her brood!

After some perfect (but tiring) puppy posing, we had some sleepy moments to capture…

After a nap, and a recharge of their batteries, the puppies were good to go again – and we headed outside into the warm sunshine for some outdoor photos…

After some sunny playtime the puppies were ready for another well deserved nap…and so to bed they went….

The final part of the experience was to put together some stunning keepsakes of these precious moments in time.

All of the images from our session were put together in a beautiful luxurious keepsake photo album with thick lay flat pages. This item is truly beautiful. It is handmade in Italy and the quality has to be felt to be believed.
